The ball
1.5mm polyurethane leather over a 2mm EVA foam cushion, hand-stitched with Italian waxed polyester thread onto a seamless latex bladder. Thirty-two panels. The surface is hand screen-printed with scuff-proof paint. The same ball as the Size 5, built for smaller feet.
The making
Thirty-two panels, cut one at a time by hand, hand screened before a single stitch is made, then closed with waxed thread in a workshop in Monguí, Colombia. One ball takes up to three hours of hand work. Most ballmakers make two to three in a day. A machine-bonded ball takes minutes.
Size and fit
Size 4, made for players ages 8 to 12. Players 13 and up want the Size 5.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders. Ships from Austin within two to three business days. Every ball arrives in a Hayworth presentation box with a hand-hewn plinth and a pump needle.

Standard No. 152 is an impressive size 4 soccer ball!
My son and his team have enjoyed the size 4 No. 152 ball so far. Hayworth's No. 152 has exceptional craftsmanship that can be seen, felt, and measured! The ball has excellent touch and weight. Super cool that Hayworth decided to make a size 4 ball for youth players. Pumped the ball a few weeks ago and it has held its pressure. The ideal weight and soft touch means the kids can play/practice longer. We have many size 4 balls but my son keeps coming back to the No. 152 like it was day one! Thank you Hayworth and can't wait to see future models!
